摘要
我国在大力发展光伏产业下,于国内外诸多地区先后开展了众多大型光伏电站EPC总承包项目,由于受到项目自身特殊性及其承包方式的影响,使得项目无论是在立项阶段还是后期的实施与竣工阶段,均容易出现各种风险问题。因此加强对此类项目的风险管理显得尤为重要,基于此,文章将通过结合具体项目案例,重点针对大型光伏电站EPC总承包项目风险管理进行简要分析研究。
Under the vigorous development of photovoltaic industry in China,many large EPC general contracting projects have been carried out in many regions at home and abroad.Due to the influence of the project itself and its contracting mode,the project is prone to both the project stage and the later implementation and completion stage.Therefore,it is particularly important to strengthen the risk management of such projects.Based on this,this paper will focus on a brief analysis and research on the risk management of EPC general contracting projects of large photovoltaic power stations in combination with specific project cases.
