摘要
在当前我国"走出去"及国际形势下,由我国金融机构出资的框架项目的推动难度不断加大,海外工程投标越来越受重视。基于自身多年的海外投标经历以及一些海外典型案例,分析我国企业在海外工程投标中仍然存在的诸多问题并提出对策。
Under the current"going out"strategy and international form,it is more and more difficult to promote the framework projects funded by Chinese financial institutions,and more and more attention is paid to overseas project bidding.The author mainly analyzes many problems in overseas project bidding of Chinese enterprises and puts forward countermeasures from his own overseas bidding experience for many years and some typical overseas cases.
