摘要
中国实施"走出去"战略是转变经济增长方式、提高国际竞争力的重大选择。本文剖析了中国"走出去"战略发展历程及阶段性特点,将中国"走出去"划分为企业"走出去"为主阶段、行业"走出去"为主阶段和文化"走出去"为主阶段等三个阶段,从"走出去"的目标、"走出去"的重点领域和地域,以及"走出去"中应该注意的问题等不同方面论述了走出去的策略。阐述了三个阶段的相互关系,并对中国未来"走出去"战略的趋势和特点提出了展望性的建议。
Carrying out the strategy of 'walking out' is an important choice for China to change economic growth pattern and improve international competitiveness. After analyzing the developing history and features of different stages of China' s 'walking out' strategy, China' s 'walking out' is divided into ' company based' period, 'industry based' period and 'culture based' period. The tactics of 'walking out' is discussed from the aspects of the targets of 'walking out' , important industries and areas of 'walking out' and problems that deserve attention. The relationship of the 3 stages is discussed and suggestions are made to describe the trends and characteristics of China's 'waling out' in the future.
