摘要
文章以露天矿卡车调度系统数据平台为基础,利用GNSS高精定位数据和智能传感网络,结合挖掘机实际现场作业情况对其作业工况进行研究,实现挖掘机在采掘过程中作业姿态的监测。通过文章的研究不仅解决卡车调度系统装车识别问题,并解决了矿山管理人员能够实时掌握挖掘机运行工况和采掘效率,使矿山管理者利用卡车调度系统能够实时掌控生产数据和班后数据统计分析,提升了矿山生产分析能力和监管水平,挖掘矿山开采潜力,达到矿山增产增效的目的。
Based on the open-pit mine truck dispatching system data platform,this paper uses GNSS high-precision positioning data and intelligent sensor network,and,according to the actual operating conditions of the excavator on site,studies its operating conditions,so as to realize the monitoring of the operating posture of the excavator during the mining process.The research of this paper not only solves the problem of loading identification of truck dispatching system,but also solves the problem that mine managers can grasp the operating conditions and mining efficiency of excavators in real time,so that the mine managers can use the truck dispatching system to control the statistical analysis of production data and after-shift data in real time,improve the mine production analysis ability and supervision level,tap the mining potential,and achieve the purpose of increasing production and efficiency of the mine.
