摘要
介绍了包装机温度控制系统的工作原理,以及单神经元自适应PID算法的原理,通过对基于单神经元自适应PID算法的包装机温度控制子系统的调试,成功将单神经元自适应PID温控算法移植到包装机控制器中,试验测试表明用该方法进行参数整定的控制系统,具有很好的自适应性和稳定性以及很高的控制精度。
This paper describes the principle of the packaging machine temperature control system, as well as the principle of the single neuron adaptive PID algorithm. By debugging the packaging machine temperature control subsystems based on single neuron adaptive PID algorithm, we get the success in transplanting the single-neuron adaptive PID temperature control algorithm into the packaging machine controller. Test shows that the control system using this method of tuning parameter has a good adaptability and stability as well as high control accuracy.
