摘要
饮用水水源地保护是保障饮用水安全的一项至关重要的工作,事关民生安全和社会和谐稳定。本文研究工作以保障太原市饮用水水安全质量为目标,综合运用文献资料法和实地调研法,分别对太原市当前4处国家级重要饮用水水源地(1处水库型重要饮用水水源地保护区和3处岩溶地下水型饮用水水源地)保护区的基本概况、保障达标建设情况进行综合分析和科学评价,同时分别从水质保护、水量保证、安全监控和综合管理四个方面探讨归纳了当前太原市全国重要饮用水水源地保护所面临的困难与挑战,并针对性的提出一定建议和应对措施。相关研究结论旨在提高太原市饮用水水源地保护与管理水平,以期为太原市乃至全国饮用水水源地的环境质量提高、保护与管理机制体制完善和保障达标建设水平提升提供可参考的科学依据。
The protection of drinking water sources is a vital work to ensure the safety of drinking water,which is related to the safety of people’s livelihood and social harmony and stability.Aiming at ensuring the safety and quality of drinking water in Taiyuan City and comprehensively considering methods of literature review and field investigation,this research makes a general analysis and scientific evaluation on the basic situation and constuction of four national important drinking water sources(including one reservior type important drinking water source protection area and three karst groundwater type drinking water source protection areas)in Taiyuan City.Meanwhile,it discusses and summarized the difficulties and challenges faced when taking protection measures.Targeted suggestions and contermeasures are put forward.The main purpose of the relevant research is to improve the level of protection and management of drinking water sources in Taiyuan City.It is expected to provide a scientific basis for improving the environmental quality,optimizing the protection and management mechnism and ensuring the improvement of the standard level of drinking water sources in the city and further the overall country.
