摘要
中韩关系是东北亚地区重要的双边关系之一,对维护地区稳定和促进地区繁荣具有重要意义。两国建交之初打破了东北亚冷战格局,摒弃了冷战思维,之后通过建立战略合作伙伴关系,有效缓和了地区紧张局势,化解了地区矛盾。目前,中韩关系已经具备良好基础,2022年两国迎来建交三十周年,双方各领域合作有望进一步深化。中韩关系发展对于保障区域和平稳定、促进东北亚国家交流合作将继续发挥重要作用。同时,我们也要看到中韩关系要深入发展需解除地缘政治桎梏,排除域外因素干扰,坚持繁荣国家、造福民众之初心,这样才能使中韩双边关系在正确的轨道上行稳致远。
As one of the important bilateral relations in Northeast Asia,China-ROK relationship is of great significance to maintaining regional stability and promoting regional prosperity.The establishment of diplomatic ties broke the Cold War pattern in Northeast Asia and abandoned the Cold War mentality.Later,the strategic cooperative partnership effectively eased regional tensions and resolved regional conflicts.At present,China-ROK relationship has built up sound foundations.As the year of 2022 marks the 30 th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties,bilateral cooperation in various fields is expected to be further deepened.The development of China-ROK relations will continue to play an important role in safeguarding regional peace and stability and promoting exchanges and cooperation among Northeast Asian countries.At the same time,it is necessary to remove the geopolitical shackles and interference of external factors,adhere to the original aspiration of prospering the country and benefiting the people so that the steady and long-term development of China-ROK relations will be safeguarded.
