空气压缩机润滑油低联锁跳车原因分析及对策 被引量:2

摘要 润滑油压力突降导致空气压缩机两次联锁跳车,在此过程中副油泵自启,但未能避免触发联锁。对引起润滑油压力下降的各种原因进行排查,结合自力式调压阀工作原理,经分析,将事故主要原因确认为润滑油调压阀故障,而非油泵出口调压阀故障。对润滑油调压阀解体检查,发现调压阀主阀缸套磨损、泛塞封损坏,从而很好解释了油压跳车的全过程,泛塞封弹簧片与缸套摩擦最终造成密封失效是低油压联锁的根本原因。因备件短缺,自加工缸套和活塞,将O型圈密封替代泛塞密封,有效地修复了自力式调压阀,同时提高润滑油运行压力,降低油压联锁值,确保了机组油系统安全运行.根据油系统运行状况,经分析提出了后续措施。 The pressure drop of lubricating oil caused the air compressor to be interlock trip twice,and the secondary oil pump then self-started up during this process,but it cannot avoid interlock trigger.Variety of causes of the pressure drop of the lubricating oil was examined.From the working principle of the pressure reducing regulator and with the analysis,the cause of the accident was identified to the fault of the lubricating oil pressure regulating valve,rather than the fault of the pressure regulating valve at the oil pump outlet.After the disassembly examination for the lubricating oil pressure regulating valve,it was found that the cylinder sleeve of the pressure regulating valve was worn and spring energized seal was damaged,thus the whole process of the oil pressure trip was well explained.The seal failure due to the friction between the spring leaf in the energized seal and cylinder liner was the primary cause of the low pressure interlock trip.Because of the shortage of spare parts,cylinder liner and piston were self-machined,and spring energized seal was replaced by o-shape ring seal,the pressure-reducing regulator was effectively repaired.Meanwhile,the operation pressure of the lubricating oil was increased and the oil pressure interlocking value was reduced so as to ensure the operation safety of the oil system of the unit.Finally according to the operation status of the oil system,following measures were put forward resulted from the analysis.
