摘要
引起压缩机故障停机的原因主要有机械故障、辅助系统故障、外部供电系统故障以及自控通信系统故障等。其中转子不平衡导致的机械振动故障是常见的机械故障类型,通过分析转子不平衡产生的原因,找出可行的应对策略,对于保证压缩机稳定运行具有重要意义。
The main causes of compressor failure are mechanical failure,auxiliary system failure,external power supply system failure and automatic control communication system failure. Among them,the mechanical vibration failure caused by the rotor imbalance is a common type of mechanical failure. It is of great significance to ensure the stable operation of the compressor by analyzing the causes of the rotor imbalance and finding a feasible response strategy.
