摘要
苏里格气田苏77区块泥质含量高、压力系数低、储层物性差、层薄、砂泥岩互分布。为有效控制和降低压裂液对储层的伤害,进一步提高压裂效果,降低压裂成本,开发了满足低渗透储层压裂需要的低质量分数、低残渣、低伤害的超低浓度胍胶压裂液配方体系。室内性能评价结果表明,该体系能有效降低胍胶质量分数,大幅度降低压裂液残渣含量,岩心伤害程度明显降低,具有优良的防膨、起泡、助排及降滤失性能。2012年在苏77区块试验应用了20口井,施工成功率达98.0%。对比同区块物性相近储层的7口井,平均日产气比常规羟丙基胍胶压裂液有了显著的提高,取得了较好的增产效果和经济效益,值得推广应用。
The Su 77 block of Sulige gas field has the features of high shale content,lower pressure,bad reservoir physical property,thin layer,sandstone and mud alternate layer. So,in order to control and reduce the damage of fracturing fluid to reservoir,improve the fracturing effect and reduce the fracturing cost,the super low density hydroxypropyl guar( HPG) fracturing fluid system was developed to meet the low permeability reservoir fracturing. The performance evaluation results showed that the HPG fracturing fluid system could reduce the mass fraction of HPG,residue content of fracturing fluid,and reduce core damage,and it had the excellent performances including preventing shale expanding、foaming、cleanup and reducing fluid loss. It have been used successfully in 20 wells in the Su77 block in2012,the success ratio was high up to 98. 0%. Compared with the 7 adjacent wells in same block,average daily gas production rate was improved than using conventional HPG fracturing fluid,the new HPG fracturing fluid system have obtained better economy profit,it was worth popularizing and applying.
