摘要
针对目前常规胍胶压裂液体系存在残渣含量高、储层和支撑裂缝伤害大、压裂液返排率低及成本高等问题,根据胍胶交联所需的临界重叠浓度,进行新型超低浓度压裂液体系研究.室内实验和现场应用结果表明,新型超低浓度胍胶压裂液体系耐温达95℃,破胶液残渣为172mg/L,岩心伤害率为15%~22%,返排率为43.9%~ 99.80%,增产效果显著,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益,值得推广应用.
Conventional guar gum fracturing fluid system is defective for its high content of residue,damage to formation /propped fracture,low ratio of flow-back and high costs. To solve these problems,this paper presents a new ultra-low concentration guar gum fracturing fluid,based on the critical overlap concentration of guar gum required for crosslinking. The results of lab test and field application show that the new fracturing fluid system is capable of withstanding temperatures of 95℃,with the content of residue after gel breaking of 172 mg / L,the damage rate of 15% ~ 22%,and the ratio of flow-back of 43. 90% ~ 99. 80%. It is effective for enhanced recovery. So,it is worthy of promotion for wonderful economic and social benefits.
