摘要
危险化学品种类复杂、数量繁多,在当今社会生产和生活中具有不可替代的作用。然而,危险化学品具有易燃、易爆、腐蚀、剧毒等特性,具有极高的危害性。因此,危险化学品行业作为高危行业之一,在其生产、运输、储存、经营等过程中安全问题需引起高度重视。新修《安全生产法》于2021年9月1日实施,此次《安全生产法》修改力度大、涉及广,将会对危险化学品行业安全生产和安全管理带来更加深远的影响。
Nowadays,hazardous chemicals which have complex types and large quantities play an irreplaceable role in social production and life.However,hazardous chemicals are extremely dangerous due to its property about flammable,explosive,corrosive and highly toxic.Therefore,the hazardous chemical industry is one of the high-risk industries,and its security issues need to be taken seriously in the process of the production,transportation,storage and operation.The newly revised“safety production law”will implement from September 1th this year,and the revision of this newly“safety production law”was large and wide,which will have a more far-reaching impact for the security production and security management of the hazardous chemical industry.
