摘要
注意力缺陷多动障碍是以注意力不集中、多动和冲动行为为特征的心理行为疾病。阎兆君教授基于志意辨证体系,认为其基本病机系肾志不足,脾虚意任。分别从志行、志气、志敢、志功、志觉五个方面说明了肾志不足在儿童注意力缺陷多动障碍中的影响;从意向、意恒、意行、意欲四方面解释了意任时儿童注意力缺陷多动障碍的症状。本病多由外伤、饮食劳倦、情志内伤、调护不当等原因导致;强调补肾强志、健脾固任乃治疗本病的关键;临床选调谐意志方加减治疗本病,效果确切。
Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)is a psychological and behavioral disease characterized by inattention,hyperactivity,and impulsive behavior.Professor YAN Zhaojun holds that the basic disease mechanism of this disease is kidney will deficiency and spleen deficiency and idea capriciousness based on the will-idea syndrome differentiation system.In this paper,the influence of kidney will deficiency on ADHD was explored from five aspects:will movement,will qi,will braveness,will results,and will sensation,and the symptoms of idea capriciousness in ADHD was explored from four aspects:will target,will persistence,will movement and will intention.Professor Yan Zhaojun also points out that the disease is mostly caused by traumatic injury,improper food,overstrain,emotional disorders,improper nursing,and other reasons.Therefore,the key for treating this disease is to tonify kidney and strengthen the will,and to strengthen the spleen and consolidate the idea.Tiaoxie Yizhi Formula(调谐意志方)has a definite effect on this disease.
