摘要
目的探讨寿胎丸联合黄体酮及维生素E治疗气血虚弱型先兆流产的临床效果。方法选择2018年5月—2020年5月江西省新余市中医院收治的先兆流产患者104例,采用随机数字表法分为2组,每组52例。对照组采用黄体酮及维生素E治疗,观察组加用寿胎丸治疗。比较2组保胎成功率、中医证候积分、激素水平及安全性。结果治疗后,观察组保胎成功率96.15%(50/52),高于对照组的80.77%(42/52)、中医证候积分为(2.96±0.88)分,低于对照组的(5.47±1.12)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组激素水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗期间均未出现严重不良反应。结论气血虚弱型先兆流产患者采用寿胎丸联合黄体酮及维生素E治疗效果显著,利于减轻患者症状,改善激素水平,提高保胎成功率,且安全性较高。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Shoutai pill combined with progesterone and Vitamin E in treating threatened abortion with deficiency of qi and blood.Methods 104 patients with threatened abortion admitted to Xinyu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2018 to May 2020 were selected and divided into 2 groups with 52 patients in each group by random number table method.The control group was treated with progesterone and vitamin E,and the observation group was treated with Shoutai pill.The success rate,syndrome score,hormone level and safety of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the success rate of fetal preservation in the observation group was 96.15%(50/52),higher than that in the control group 80.77%(42/52),and the TCM syndrome score was(2.96±0.88)points,lower than that in the control group(5.47±1.12)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hormone level of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions in 2 groups during treatment.Conclusion Shoutai pill combined with progesterone and vitamin e in treating threatened abortion with deficiency of qi and blood has a significant effect,which is beneficial to relieve symptoms,improve hormone levels,increase the success rate of fetal protection,and is of high safety.
