摘要
近年来,先兆流产的发生率逐年增加,给女性患者带来较大的健康问题,并增加社会经济负担。先兆流产属于中医学"胎漏""胎动不安"等范畴,中医药安胎历史悠久,独具特色。尤昭玲教授治疗本病从"天人相应"切入,心居上以象天,施以阳光、雨露;脾肾居下以象地,供万物生长之水土。肾脾心三脏功能正常,才能使胎得以安,故安胎首重肾、脾、心三脏,并仿泰山磐石之意,药用山药、山茱萸、苎麻根等,形成两山压根之势,达到胎安无忧之效。
The incidence of threatened abortion increases in recent years, which bothers women＇s health and increases the social burden. Threatened abortion belongs to ‘fetal spotting＇ and ‘fetal irritability＇ in traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）. TCM has a long history and enjoys unique features in treating miscarriage prevention. Professor YOU treats threatened abortion cases based on the theory ‘correspondence between man and universe＇, which holds the idea that heart locates in higher place as sky to bring sunshine, rain and dew, while spleen and kidney locate in lower place as ground to cultivate everything. When kidney, spleen and heart both work well, it makes fetus be safe. So it should pay more attention to kidney, spleen and heart in clinical application. Moreover, professor YOU makes a fetus-safeguard as Taishan Mountain, she uses drugs to keep the fetus safe and sound, such as Shanyao, Shanzhuyu, Zhumagen, taking the meaning two mountains pressing a root potential.
