摘要
“消、托、补”作为中医外科的经典治则,广为人知。曾倩教授深耕妇科临床数十载,认为消、托、补三法同样适用概括不孕症的治疗大法:有形、无形之邪,投以消法;明晰经行期与氤氲期,把握孕早期,辅以托法;结合女性生理特性——先天为本、后天为重、冲任沟通、气血为用,予以补法。笔者拟从考究原义、阐发新意、临证用药等方面浅析曾倩教授于妇科不孕症治疗中对消、托、补三法的涵义扩展和归纳应用。
The principle of the three methods of dispersing,promoting and tonifying for treating is wildly known as the classic treatment of Chinese medicine surgery.Chief-physician ZENG Qian,who has been engaged in clinical practice for decades,thinks that the three methods of dispersing,promoting and tonifying for treating can also summarize the therapeutic principles of infertility,for example,using dispersing for intangible and tangible pathogenic factors,adopting promting when considering the difference between menstrual and non-menstrual periods and the critical early pregnancy stage,using tonifying based on physiological characteristics of women.From etymology,new commanding summation,commonly used traditional Chinese medicine and prescription to analysis on chief-physician ZENG Qian’s new interpretation and application of the three methods of dispersing,promoting and tonifying for treating infertility.
