摘要
以工业机器人示教器失效分析及对策实施的实际案例为切入点,从流程上针对企业在推行基于ISO9001质量管理体系(QMS)的过程中,常出现的因设计输入不充分而导致的具体质量问题,以实际解决具体质量问题入手,提出了推行QMS过程中应重视风险思维、过程方法的理念,并从完善设计输入和消除不合格应重视纠正措施的观点出发,研究了风险规避及风险消除的思路,以期提高企业QMS的自我纠正生命力、实现质量管理水平的提升。
Taking the actual case of the failure analysis of the industrial robot teaching device and the implementation of the countermeasures as the starting point, in view of the specific quality problems caused by insufficient design input in the implementation of QMS based on ISO 9001 from perspective of the process, the idea that risk thinking and process method should be emphasized in the implementation of QMS is put forward in order to solve the quality problems in practice. From the point of view that corrective measures should be attached importance to improving design input and eliminating nonconformity, the idea of risk avoidance and risk elimination are studied, which is of great significance to improve the self-correcting vitality of QMS and improve the quality management level.
