内审是组织为确保自身的质量管理体系符合策划的安排及相关的要求而开展的一项例行性工作。要让内审工作持续地发挥可以推动组织内部改进的效用,内审活动就必须得到高效的实施。探讨了影响内部审核实施成效的主要因素,提出了加强内审工作的建议和举措。
Internal audit is a routine work conducted to ensure that the quality management system of an organization conforms to planned arrangements and related requirements. Internal audit should be well implemented to continually improve the effectiveness of the quality management system. The main factors that affect the effectiveness of internal audit are explored,and some suggestions and initiatives are put forward to strengthen internal audit work.
