“团队合作与角色实践”对护理本科生人文精神培养的实践研究 被引量:1

摘要 本研究探讨"团队合作与角色实践"护理实训模式在本科护理专业"内科护理学"的教学实践效果,分别将2018级188名、2017级196名护理学专业学生作为实验组及对照组,2018级同学采用"团队合作与角色实践"护理实训模式进行实践教学,2017级同学采用传统的实训课堂实施教学。结果显示,实验组学生的护患沟通等人文素养能力好于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05),实践研究表明,"团队合作与角色实践"护理实训模式在本科护理专业"内科护理学"课程的教学中效果良好,值得推广应用。 This study discusses the effect of"team cooperation and role practice"nursing training mode in the teaching of internal medicine nursing of undergraduate nursing specialty,188 nursing students of grade 2018 and 196 nursing students of grade 2017 were taken as the experimental group and the control group respectively.The nursing training mode of"team cooperation and role practice"was adopted for the students of grade 2018,and the traditional training classroom was adopted for the students of grade 2017.The results showed that the humanistic literacy ability of nursepatient communication of the students in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The practical research showed that the nursing training mode of"team cooperation and role practice"had a good effect in the teaching of internal medicine nursing course of undergraduate nursing specialty,which was worthy of popularization and application.
