摘要
宜居住区是新时代宜居城市建设的出发点和落脚点,更是未来城市高品质社区建设的目标所在。在本质上,宜居住区作为一种可持续社区,既应有合理的社区空间(结构)环境设计,也应有优美雅致的社区外在环境和优质高效的社区内在服务,还应是一种动态和谐的平安小区。新时代的宜居住区建设应从以下四个方面着力:一是设计科学合理的住区宜居空间结构,适时调整既有大型社区规模;二是加强社区生态绿色建设,打造高质量生活社区环境;三是注重平安和谐,营造公平正义且宜人的高品质住区;四是践行(房地产)企业社会责任,重塑宜居住区和品质社区新标杆。
Livable communities are the starting point and end point of the construction of livable cities in the new era,and it is also the goal of the construction of high-quality urban communities in the future.In essence,as a sustainable community,the livable community should not only have the reasonable community space(structure)environment design,but also the beautiful and elegant external environment and the high-quality and efficient internal services of the community.It should also be the kind of dynamic and harmonious safe community.The construction of livable communities in the new era should focus on the following four aspects.firstly,to design scientific and reasonable livable space structure in residential areas,and adjust the scale of existing large-scale communities in a timely manner.Secondly,to strengthen the ecological and green construction of communities and create the high-quality living community environment.Thirdly,to pay attention to peace and harmony,and create the fair,just and pleasant high-quality residential areas.Fourthly,to practice the corporate social responsibility of real estates and reshape the new and appropriate benchmark for livable and quality communities.
