摘要
目的观察润燥解郁汤联合常规西药治疗阴虚血燥型原发性干燥综合征(pSS)伴焦虑抑郁状态的临床疗效及对焦虑抑郁状态的改善作用。方法将60例阴虚血燥型pSS伴焦虑抑郁状态患者按照随机数字表法分为2组,对照组30例予常规西药治疗,治疗组30例在对照组治疗基础上加润燥解郁汤治疗,2组均治疗8周。比较2组疗效;观察2组治疗前后口干视觉模拟评分(VAS)、眼干VAS变化;观察2组治疗前及治疗4、8周广泛性焦虑量表(GAD-7)、健康问卷抑郁症筛查量表(PHQ-9)评分变化。结果治疗组总有效率86.67%(26/30),对照组总有效率43.33%(13/30),治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后口干VAS、眼干VAS均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低更明显(P<0.05)。2组治疗4、8周GAD-7、PHQ-9评分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),治疗8周GAD-7、PHQ-9评分均较本组治疗4周降低(P<0.05);治疗4、8周治疗组GAD-7、PHQ-9评分均低于对照组治疗同期(P<0.05)。结论润燥解郁汤联合常规西药治疗阴虚血燥型pSS伴焦虑抑郁状态,能改善患者口干、眼干症状,缓解焦虑、抑郁状态。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Runzao Jieyu Decoction combined with conventional Western medicine on patients with primary Sj gren's syndrome(pSS)of yin vacuity with blood dryness complicated by anxiety and depression and its improvement on those states.Methods Totally 60 pSS patients(yin vacuity with blood dryness)complicated by anxiety and depression were randomly divided into equal group,on the basis of conventional Western medicine,treatment group was treated with Runzao Jieyu Decoction.The treatment continued 8 weeks,the key observation was visual analogue scale(VAS)of mouth dryness,VAS of eye dryness;7-item Generalized Anxiety Disorder scale(GAD-7)and Patient Health Questionnaire depression module(PHQ-9)before treatment(day 0)and on weeks 4,8,as well as curative effects.Results The total effective rates were better in treatment group than in control group(86.67%[26/30]vs 43.33%[13/30],[P<0.05],respectively).After treatment,VAS of mouth dryness and eye dryness in groups were decreased as compared with before treatment,which were markedly decreased in treatment group than in control group(P<0.05);compared with before treatment,GAD-7 and PHQ-9 in groups on weeks 4,8 were decreased(P<0.05),treatment group was lower than control group(P<0.05);GAD-7 and PHQ-9 in groups were lower on week 8 versus week 4.Conclusion For pSS patients(yin vacuity with blood dryness)complicated by anxiety and depression,Runzao Jieyu Decoction combined with conventional Western medicine is capable of improving mouth and eye dryness,relieving anxiety and depression.
