摘要
在石油资源的输送过程中管道运输是主要的方式,为了确保整个运输过程的安全,避免出现泄漏问题,需要采取有效措施,其中包括管道施工期间的管理以及后续的泄漏检测和宣传教育,还需要合理利用定位技术及时对泄漏问题处理。基于此,从石油长输管道泄漏风险入手,分析如何应对石油长输管道泄漏风险,希望对相关研究带来帮助。
During the process of petroleum resources,conveying pipeline transport is the main way,in order to ensure the safety of the transportation process,avoid the leakage problem,need to take effective measures,including the management during the pipeline construction and subsequent leak detection and propaganda education,also need to reasonable use of positioning technology of leakage problem in time.Based on this,this paper analyzes how to deal with the leakage risk of long-distance oil transportation pipeline,hoping to bring help to relevant research.
