摘要
为了解望天树幼苗对异质光环境和土壤养分环境的光合及功能性状响应机制,通过设置3个光照梯度(全光,40%光照和10%光照)和2个施肥梯度(高肥和低肥)共6个处理,对望天树幼苗的光合特性、生长性状和叶片性状进行测定,研究望天树幼苗对光照和施肥及其交互作用的适应性策略。结果表明:(1)光照和施肥异质性显著改变了望天树幼苗的净光合能力(P<0.05),适度遮荫的环境有利于幼苗生长性状的提升;(2)望天树幼苗叶片功能性状相互组合以响应异质生境维持其生长发育;(3)相较土壤养分环境,光照环境差异对望天树幼苗光合及功能性状的影响更加广泛,光照和施肥的交互作用只显著影响了叶片厚度、比叶面积和比叶质量3个叶片功能性状(P<0.05)。总之,望天树幼苗通过光合和功能性状间的组合和联系,表现出对异质生境较广的生态适应幅度,高肥处理有助于提升幼苗的生态适应能力。
This study aimed to understand the response mechanisms of Parashorea chinensis’seedlings to different light and fertilization environments.A total of 6 treatments were formed by setting 3 light gradients(the full light,the 40%light,and 10%light)and 2 fertilization gradients(high fertilization and low fertilization).This paper studies the effect of light,fertilization,and their interaction to photosynthetic characteristics,growth characteristics,and functional traits of P.chinensis’seedlings.The results showed that:(1)Light and fertilization heterogeneity significantly changed the maximum photosynthetic rate(P<0.05).A moderate shade environment can be conducive to the improvement of seedling growth traits.(2)Leaf functional traits were combined,maintaining growth and development in response to heterogeneous habitats for P.chinensis’seedlings.(3)Compared with the soil nutrient environment,the light environment had a more extensive effect on seedlings’photosynthetic characteristics and functional traits.The interaction of light and fertilization only significantly affected leaf thickness,specific leaf area,and specific leaf mass(P<0.05).In short,the seedlings of P.chinensis showed a wide range of ecological adaptation to heterogeneous habitats through the combination and association of photosynthetic characteristics and functional traits,and high fertilizer treatment can improve the environmental adaptability of seedlings.
