摘要
神经丝蛋白是一种定位于神经元胞质内的蛋白,参与神经元细胞骨架的形成。其主要作用是支撑轴突结构、调节轴突直径,并参与轴浆运输,进而影响神经传导速度。神经丝蛋白轻链(NFL)是神经丝蛋白的一个组分,在阿尔茨海默病、帕金森病、肌萎缩性侧索硬化症以及多发性硬化等神经系统变性疾病患者的外周血及脑脊液标本中NFL水平均异常升高,对疾病的早期诊断具有重要意义。目前NFL已成为神经系统变性疾病领域的研究热点,且有望成为神经系统变性疾病的诊疗标志物。
Neurofilament protein is a protein located in the cytoplasm of neurons and participates in the formation of neuron cytoskeleton.Its main function is to support the axon structure,adjust the axon diameter,and participate in axoplasmic transport,thereby affecting the nerve conduction velocity.Neurofilament light chain(NFL)is a component of neurofilament protein,which is abnormally elevated in the peripheral blood and cerebrospinal fluid samples of the patients with neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer′s disease,Parkinson′s disease,amyotrophic lateral sclerosis,and multiple sclerosis,thus is of great significance for the early diagnosis of the diseases.At present,NFL has become a research hotspot in the field of neurodegenerative diseases,and is expected to become a marker for the diagnosis and treatment marker.
