摘要
为提升极坐标法测量渐开线齿廓偏差的精度,研究了坐标系建立误差补偿,构建了极坐标法测量齿廓偏差的测量模型和坐标系建立误差补偿模型。以ISO 0级精度齿轮为例,借助齿轮测量中心的数字孪生体和物理平台进行了仿真和实验研究,分析了坐标系建立误差对齿廓偏差的影响,并对齿廓偏差进行误差补偿。研究表明,坐标系建立误差对极坐标法测量齿廓形状偏差的影响可忽略不计,对齿廓总偏差和齿廓斜率偏差均有显著影响;坐标系建立误差补偿的方向对齿廓偏差有不同影响,其中X方向的坐标系建立误差对其影响最显著;提出的误差补偿方法可使齿廓偏差达到不加载坐标系建立误差时的0级精度,为提升齿廓偏差的测量精度提供了有效途径。
To improve the measuring accuracy of involute profile deviation by polar coordinate method,the error compensation of coordinate system establishment is studied.The measurement model and error compensation model for measuring tooth profile deviation by polar coordinate method are constructed.Taking the ISO 0 grade precision gear as an example,the simulation and experiment are carried out with the help of the digital twin and physical platform of the gear measuring center.The influence of coordinate system establishment error on tooth profile deviation is analyzed,and the error compensation model is applied to the measurement of tooth profile deviation.The research shows that the influence of coordinate system establishment error compensation on tooth profile form deviation measured by polar coordinate method is negligible,and it has a significant influence on tooth profile total deviation and tooth profile slope deviation.The direction of coordinate system establishment error compensation has different effects on the tooth profile deviation,among which coordinate system establishment error in X direction is the most significant.The proposed error compensation can make the tooth profile deviation reach grade 0 accuracy without adding coordinate system establishment error,which provides an effective way to improve the measurement accuracy of tooth profile deviation.
