摘要
针对现行齿形误差测量方法误差来源多、存在评定原理误差等缺点,提出一种利用JT12A-A型数字式投影仪采集测量数据,实现渐开线圆柱直齿轮齿形误差评定的新方法。理论分析和实验结果表明,该方法具有数据采集精度高、测量过程人工干预少、评定方法不存在原理误差、评定精度高等优点。
Aimed at the disadvantages in nowaday gear profile error measuring methods, such as more sources of measuring error and principle errors existing in the evaluation methods, a new evaluation method for the profile error of involute spur gears was proposed, which carry out data acquisition by using JT12A - A digital projector. Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that this method has some advantages, such as higher precision of getting measuring points, less artificial interpose in the measurement process, no principle error in the evaluation method, and high-precision evaluation.
