摘要
通过对装配式钢结构住宅建筑产品、结构部件、外围护、内装系统、设备与管线系统进行标准化设计,形成标准化的钢结构住宅产品,并在北京市首钢二通厂南区(1615-681地块)棚改定向安置房项目进行推广应用,在钢结构住宅的建筑功能、部品部件优化设计、快速装配等方面充分发挥了装配式钢结构住宅标准化建造高效的特点。
Through standardized design of building products,structural components,exterior protection,interior systems,equipment and pipeline systems of prefabricated steel structure residence,standardized steel structure residential products are formed.The product was promoted and applied in the shed to the directional resettlement housing project in the southern area of Beijing Shougang Ertong Factory(Plot 1615-681).In terms of the architectural functions,optimized design of parts and components,and rapid assembly of steel structure residences,it has given full play to the high-efficiency characteristics of standardized construction of prefabricated steel structure residences.
