摘要
在装配式钢结构住宅广泛铺开推广的同时,为住宅本身服务的设备管线集成化低、与装配式内装部品的不匹配、契合度低的问题,逐渐显现出来。现今设备管线一般涵盖机电(给排水、暖通及电气)三个专业,包括冷热水、上下水、供暖通风及强弱电等多种管线,分开设计、施工,统筹考虑方面其实相当欠缺,现场管线交叉严重,施工难度较大。故拟提出一套标准化的细化排布方案,研究出一种新型的可开启式地面集成管廊及吊顶集成管廊,对装配式钢结构住宅内的设备管线集成化、标准化,具有相当大的借鉴意义。
While the prefabricated steel structure residence has been widely spread, the problems of low integration of equipment and pipeline, mismatch with the prefabricated inner parts and low fit for the service of the residence itself have gradually emerged. Nowadays, equipment pipelines generally cover three majors: electromechanical(water supply and drainage, HVAC and electrical), including hot and cold water, water supply and drainage, heating and ventilation, strong and weak electricity and other pipelines. Equipment pipelines are designed and constructed separately. In fact, overall consideration is quite insufficient. Pipelines overlap seriously on site, and construction is difficult. Therefore, this paper proposes a set of standardized detailed layout schemes, and studies a new type of open ground integrated pipeline gallery and ceiling integrated pipe gallery, which has a considerable reference significance for the integration and standardization of equipment and pipelines in prefabricated steel structure residential buildings.
