摘要
谢胜教授长期致力于胃食管反流病(GERD)的研究,通过深掘《内经》等经典理论,逐渐认识到GERD病机复杂,存在多脏腑偏颇的复合病机,而究其病机之本,总属三焦枢机失和。基于对病机的认识,谢胜教授进一步提出“以枢调枢”以及“以俞调枢”为治疗大法,即通过中医药疗法调和三焦枢机以调衡脾胃枢机,恢复脾胃枢机升降之用,以致“气归于权衡”的生理常态,最终达到治愈GERD的目的。
Professor XIE Sheng has long been dedicated to the research of GERD,by digging deep“Nei Jing”and other classic theory,come to realize that GERD pathogenesis of complex,there are multiple organs biased complex pathogenesis,and its pathogenesis of this study,the total is a Sanjiao The cardinal disagrees.Based on the understanding of the pathogenesis,Professor XIE Sheng further proposed“using Pivot regulate Pivot”and“using Shu regulate Pivot”as the treatment methods,that is,reconciling the sanjiao cardinal through Chinese medicine therapy to balance the spleen and stomach cardinal and restore the lifting and lowering of the spleen and stomach cardinal.As a result,the physiological normal state of“Qi reverts to balance”will eventually achieve the goal of curing GERD.
