摘要
农村教师专业发展指农村教师在其职业生涯中,专业理念与师德不断更新、专业知识不断拓展、专业能力不断发展的过程。影响农村教师专业发展的因素有外部因素和内部因素。乡村振兴战略对其教师专业发展具有以下影响:提高教师社会地位,赋予教师更高期望;改进相关教师政策;改善教师工作环境;增进教师专业知识和能力。从而大大促进农村教师专业发展。
Rural teachers’ professional development refers to the process of rural teachers’ professional ideas and ethics updating,professional knowledge expanding and professional ability developing in their career.There are external and internal factors that affect the professional development of rural teachers.Rural revitalization strategy has the following effects on teachers’ professional development: improving teachers’ social status and giving them higher expectations;improving relevant teacher policies;improving teachers’ working environment;enhancing teachers’ professional knowledge and ability.So as to greatly promote the professional development of rural teachers.
