摘要
该文依据《乡村教师支持计划(2015—2020)》《教师教育振兴行动计划(2018—2022)》和《教育部等六部门关于加强新时代乡村教师队伍建设的意见》等意见,结合《中小学教师专业标准(试行)》,分析了我国现阶段乡村小学教师专业能力发展存在的教学资源的单一性、学生主体的表面性、教师评价的无效性、家庭教育的缺失性、教师培训的形式化等问题,提出了乡村小学教师专业能力发展路径,即合理利用教学资源、教学设计的科学性,发挥学生主体意识、教学方式的灵活性,掌握多元评价方式、增加评价的有效性,促进家校密切合作、增强沟通的技术性,制订专业发展规划、拓宽教师的发展性。
According to the"Rural Teacher Support Plan(2015—2020)","Teacher Education Revitalization Action Plan(2018—2022)",and"Opinions of the Ministry of Education and Other Six Departments on Strengthening the Construction of Rural Teaching Staff in the New Era",combined with the"Professional Standards for Primary and Secondary School Teachers(for Trial Implementation),this paper analyzes the problems in the development of the professional ability of rural primary school teachers at this stage in China,such as the unity of teaching resources,the superficiality of the student body,the ineffectiveness of teacher evaluation,the lack of family education,and the formalization of teacher training.The path for the development of the professional ability of rural primary school teachers is proposed,such as rationally using teaching resources and scientifically carrying out teaching design,giving full play to students’sense of subjectivity and the flexibility of teaching methods,mastering multiple evaluation methods and increasing the effectiveness of evaluation,promoting close home-school cooperation and strengthening the technical nature of communication,formulating professional development plans and broadening the development of teachers.
