摘要
"双一流"建设战略是加快推进我国基本建成高等教育工业化强国的一项重要举措,普通本科高校是建设和完善我国高等教育体系的重要力量。"双一流"建设战略自2015年实施以来备受国家和社会关注,为各大高校的发展提供了新的指引和方向,它的建设与推进,不仅需要国家的支持和推动,更需要各高校自身的实践与革新。在此背景下,普通本科高校发展应立足于"双一流"建设战略,给予自身新的发展定位和发展要求,革新基础建设、学科建设、培养机制等各方面,制定一套可实现的发展策略。
The "double first-class" construction strategy is an important measure to speed up China’s basic construction into a powerful industrialized country of higher education.Ordinary undergraduate colleges and universities are an important force to build and improve China’s higher education system.Since the implementation of the "double first-class" construction strategy in 2015,it has attracted the attention of the state and society,providing new guidance and direction for the development of major colleges and universities.Its construction and promotion not only need the support and promotion of the state,but also need the practice and innovation of colleges and universities.In this context,the development of ordinary undergraduate colleges and universities should be based on the "double first-class" construction strategy,give their own new development positioning and development requirements,innovate infrastructure,discipline construction,training mechanism and other aspects,and formulate a set of realizable development strategies.
