电絮凝-气浮法去除水中聚乙烯颗粒研究 被引量:4

摘要 近年来,在世界各地水体中不断发现微塑料,人们对其潜在环境、健康风险表示担忧。当前,对微塑料去除的方法也逐渐展开研究。该实验采用电絮凝-气浮法对水中粒径为60~100μm聚乙烯(PE)颗粒进行去除,分别考察了电极组合、电流强度、电解质浓度、溶液初始pH值对聚乙烯颗粒去除效果影响。结果表明,以铝为阳极、铁为阴极的电极组合最优。较高的电解质浓度和碱性条件会降低聚乙烯颗粒的去除效果。以铝为阳极、铁为阴极,极板间距为1 cm,电流密度为4 mA/cm^(2),电解质浓度为2.5 mmol/L,溶液初始pH值为7时,电解25 min后,聚乙烯颗粒的去除率为97.43%。 Microplastics have been increasingly documented in freshwater ecosystems in recent years,and growing concerns have been raised about their potential environmental and health risks.At present,methods for removing microplastics are gradually emerging.This study investigated removal of the size of 60~100μm PE particles in water by using electrocoagula⁃tion-floatation.Effects of electrode combinations,current intensity,electrolyte concentration and initial pH values of solution on the removal of PE particles were studied,respectively.The results showed that the electrode combination with aluminum as anode and iron as cathode was the best.Higher electrolyte concentration and alkaline condition reduced the removal effect of PE particles.The removal efficiency of PE particles could reach 97.43%after 25 minutes when aluminum as anode,iron was used as cathode,the electrode distance was 1cm,the current density was 4 mA/cm^(2),the electrolyte concentration was 2.5 mmol/L,and the initial pH value of the solution was 7.
