摘要
家具生产工艺经过多年的技术创新已经取得了较大的进步,自动化、智能化水平不断提高,环保工艺大幅提升,但也受其产品自身属性参数和手工技术等因素影响,在某些环保工艺和安全措施水平上仍待进一步提高。家具厂的主要大气污染危害因素是VOCs和粉尘,如何进行更高效、低成本、安全性、无害化的收集和处理,以达标排放,并且从源头上减少和预防职业病危害,保障劳动者身体健康,成为当前亟待解决的一个重要课题。
After years of technological innovation,the furniture manufacturing technique has made a great progress.Automation and smart technologies constantly improving,the technology of environmental protection greatly enhance.But influenced by product’s self speciality and handwork skill,some parts of the environmental protection technology and safety precautions need to be further improved.The main harmful factors of air pollution from furniture industry is VOCs and dust,so collection and processing with a more efficient,economical,security method for VOCs and dust become to a burning research.
