摘要
目的观察自拟辛芷通窍方联合西药治疗急性鼻炎-鼻窦炎的临床疗效并探讨其作用机制。方法患者80例随机分为两组,对照组使用头孢丙烯分散片口服治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用辛芷通窍方口服治疗,两组均连续治疗1周。观察治疗前后两组患者中医证候评分、主要临床症状改善所需时间、视觉模拟量表(VAS)病情评分、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平及临床疗效。结果两组治疗后中医证候评分、VAS评分、hs-CRP及TNF-α水平低于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组鼻塞、流涕、头痛、嗅觉障碍改善所需时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组总有效率95.00%,高于对照组80.00%(P<0.05)。结论辛芷通窍方联合西药治疗急性鼻-鼻窦炎(肺经风热证)可明显提高临床疗效。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of self-designed Xinzhi Tongqiao Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of acute rhinitis-sinusitis and to explore its mechanism of action.Methods:A total of 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with Cefprozil Dispersible Tablets orally,and the treatment group was treated with Xinzhi Tongqiao Decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 1 week.The TCM symptom scores,the time required to improve the main clinical symptoms,visual analog scale(VAS)disease scores,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)levels in the two groups before and after treatment and clinical efficacy were observed.Results:The TCM syndrome score,VAS score,hs-CRP and TNF-αlevels after treatment in the two groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The time required to improve nasal congestion,runny nose,headache,and olfactory disorders in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.01).The total effective rate in the treatment group was 95.00%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xinzhi Tongqiao Decoction combined with western medicine can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of acute rhinosinusitis(Lung Meridian Wind-heat type).
