摘要
利用商洛市某县钼尾矿为主要原料烧制轻质保温发泡陶瓷墙体材料,为钼尾矿变废为宝、循环利用提供新途径。采用单因素分析法研究原料配方、发泡剂含量、升温速率和烧成温度对发泡陶瓷墙材性能的影响。最终采用70%钼尾矿为主要原料,0.4%碳化硅作为发泡剂,在1150℃保温30 min制得钼尾矿基发泡陶瓷墙材,其抗压强度为6.25 MPa,体积密度为0.67 g/cm^(3),吸水率为8.7%,导热系数为0.13 W/(m·K)。可作为室内隔墙板、外墙保温板等墙体材料广泛应用。
Molybdenum tailings from a county in Shangluo City were used as the main raw material to sinter lightweight thermal insulation foamed ceramic wall material.It provides a new way for molybdenum tailings to turn waste into treasure and recycle.The influence of raw material formula,foaming agent content,heating rate and firing temperature on the performance of foamed ceramic wall materials were studied with single factor analysis method.Finally,70%molybdenum tailings were used as the main raw material.0.4%silicon carbide was used as the foaming agent.The molybdenum tailings-based foamed ceramic wall material was sintered at 1150℃for 30 minutes.Its compressive strength is 6.25 MPa.The bulk density is 0.67 g/cm^(3),and water absorption is 8.7%.The thermal conductivity is 0.13 W/(m·K).The foamed ceramics can be widely used as wall materials such as indoor partition board and exterior wall insulation board.
