氟锆酸钾加入量对粉煤灰基发泡陶瓷性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为了实现大掺量粉煤灰在低成本、高性能发泡陶瓷的广泛应用,以粉煤灰、滑石、长石和碳化硅为原料,加入不同量的(加入质量分数分别为0、2%、5%和7%)氟锆酸钾,通过高温煅烧制备了发泡陶瓷试样,研究了氟锆酸钾加入量对试样物相组成、显微结构及性能的影响。结果表明,随着氟锆酸钾加入量(w)由2%增加至7%,试样中锆英石和尖晶石的特征峰逐渐增强,而莫来石的特征峰则逐渐变弱,体积密度和抗压强度逐渐减小,热导率则呈现先减小后增加的趋势。同时,氟锆酸钾的加入提高了试样的孔径尺寸和均匀性及圆整度。然而,当氟锆酸钾的加入量达到7%(w)后,试样的孔径尺寸进一步增大,圆度却降低,孔结构劣化。但相比于未添加氟锆酸钾的试样,含氟锆酸钾的试样的抗压强度均显著增强,体积密度和热导率明显降低。当氟锆酸钾加入量为5%(w)时,试样的综合性能最优。 In order to achieve the widespread application of high additions of fly ash in low-cost and high-performance foamed ceramics,foamed ceramics were prepared by high temperature calcination,using fly ash,talcum,feldspar and silicon carbide as raw materials,and adding different additions(0,2%,5%,and 7%,by mass)of potassium fluorozirconate(K 2ZrF 6).The effect of the K 2ZrF 6 addition on the phase composition,microstructure and properties of the foamed ceramics was studied.The results show that:with the addition of K 2ZrF 6 increasing from 2%to 7%,the characteristic peaks of zircon and spinel gradually increase,while those of mullite gradually weaken.Meantime,the bulk density and compressive strength decrease,the thermal conductivity shows a trend of first decreasing and then increasing.At the same time,the addition of K 2ZrF 6 improves the pore size,uniformity and roundness.However,when the addition of K 2ZrF 6 reaches 7%,the pore size further increases,the roundness decreases and the pore structure deteriorates.In general,compared with the sample without K 2ZrF 6,the compressive strength of the samples containing K 2ZrF 6 significantly increases,and the bulk density as well as thermal conductivity obviously reduces.When the addition of K 2ZrF 6 is 5%,the sample has the best comprehensive performance.
