摘要
目的:探讨益肾健脾通络汤对特发性膜性肾病患者肾功能及凝血功能的影响。方法:2017年1月-2020年10月收治特发性膜性肾病患者50例,随机分为两组,各25例。对照组给予常规西医治疗;观察组在常规西医治疗基础上给予益肾健脾通络汤。比较两组患者肾功能及凝血功能。结果:观察组治疗后24小时尿蛋白定量(24 h UTP)、血清血肌酐(SCr)、尿素氮(BUN)水平均低于对照组,白蛋白(ALB)水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血浆凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)水平均高于对照组,血小板计数(Plt)水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益肾健脾通络汤可显著提高特发性膜性肾病患者的肾功能,改善凝血功能。
Objective:To explore the effect of Yishen Jianpi Tongluo Decoction on renal function and coagulation function in patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy.Methods:From January 2017 to October 2020,50 patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The observation group was given Yishen Jianpi Tongluo Decoction on the basis of routine western medicine treatment.We compared the renal function and coagulation function between the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the levels of UTP,SCR and BUN were lower than those in the control group 24 hours after treatment,and the level of Alb was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,after treatment,the levels of PT and TT were higher than those in the control group,and the level of PLT was lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yishen Jianpi Tongluo Decoction can significantly improve the renal function and coagulation function of patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy.
