摘要
该文介绍了某个海上风电场的建设规模和基本情况,采用电网实际负荷数据、电网元件实际参数、参考近区电源实际出力和风电厂家提供的风电场资料,通过建模仿真搭建谐波源和闪变源模型,根据风电场连续运行、切入风速运行和额定风速启动时不同工况下,分析海上风电接入对电网的电能质量影响,判断谐波、闪变和电压波动值是否满足国标限值。
This paper introduces the construction scale and basic situation of an offshore wind farm.By using the actual load data of the power grid,the actual parameters of power grid components,referring to the actual output of near area power supply and the wind farm data provided by wind power manufacturers,harmonic source and flicker source models are built through modeling and simulation.According to the different working conditions of con‐tinuous operation,cut in wind speed operation and rated wind speed startup of the wind farm,it analyzes the impact of offshore wind power access on power quality of power grid,and judge whether harmonic,flicker and voltage fluctuation meet the national standard limits.
