摘要
对散热器开裂故障进行分析与改进探究,在阐述散热器失效情况基础上,分析散热器开裂的失效机理,并以此为抓手开展散热器开裂故障树分析,进一步提出相应的改进措施,希望能为其他产品散热器开裂故障防治提供借鉴与参考。
This paper analyzes improvement of radiator cracking failures and its the failure mechanism,and as a grip to carry out radiator cracking fault tree analysis,it put forward the corresponding improvement measures,which hopes to provide reference for radiator cracking of other products.
