摘要
建立了管带式车用散热器的有限元模型 ,对其动强度进行了计算分析 ,得出了散热器应力场分布及其危险位置 ,并在 MTS振动台上进行了试验验证。结果表明 ,有限元计算结果可靠 。
The radiator is an important component in a water cooling system of internal combustion engine. It affects the motivity, the reliability and the economics of an internal combustion engine. As the random vibrational load from the engine and the road, a radiator often fails due to the weld leak caused by insufficient structural dynamic strength. In this paper a finite element model for the tube and fin radiator of vehicle was developed and a structural dynamic strength analysis of radiator was performed. The experiments were conducted on a MTS vibration test system. The results from the tests and the finite element analysis showed a good consistency. The stress distribution and the dangerous zone of the radiator were obtained. All the results from the finite element analysis will be used to improve a radiator structure.
