摘要
为进一步提升掘进机的掘进效率,降低掘进能耗,保证最终巷道的成型质量,重点对掘进机截割头机器截齿的布置参数进行理论分析,尤其是对截齿截割角度的优化采用数值模拟手段进行分析,主要从单齿截割工况和多齿截割工况下的数值模拟截割头的受力、能耗等因素确定最佳截割角度,为煤矿高效生产奠定基础。
In order to further improve the digging efficiency of roadheader,reduce the energy consumption of roadheading and ensure the shaping quality of the final roadway.In particular,numerical simulation is used to optimize the cutting angle of cutting teeth,and the best cutting angle is determined by numerically simulating the force and energy consumption of cutting head under single-tooth cutting condition and multi-tooth cutting condition,so as to lay the foundation for ensuring efficient coal mine production.
