摘要
对EBH300A横轴悬臂式掘进机截割头的各装配部件采用非线性有限元接触配合,与工程实际情况接近,避免了单一线性结构有限元计算分析的缺陷。利用Block Lanczos法计算截割头的前10阶模态,得到了截割头前10阶模态固有频率和振型。通过模态分析得出的截割头三维振型位移云图显示出复杂多样振动形式:包括轴向振动、径向振动和扭转振动;处于截割煤岩区域的低频大幅度振动对滚筒及截齿截割煤岩有重要影响。
EBH300A horizontal boom-type roadheader cutting head assembly components by using nonlinear FEM contact cooperation and project close, to avoid a single linear structure finite element analysis of defects. Using Block Lanczos method to calculate first ten modes of cutting head, has been cutting head ten modal frequencies and mode shapes. By modal analysis of the cutting head three-dimensional vibration displacement images show various vibration forms,including axial, radial and torsional vibration; in regions of low frequency vibration on substantially cutting coal and rock drum pick cutting coal and rock and its important influence.
