摘要
目的探索互联网身高干预模式在身高偏低儿童中的应用。方法于2020年9—12月,通过对荔湾区妇幼保健院身高促进门诊162名3~6岁身高偏低儿童,随机将其分为研究组(n=81)和对照组(n=81),对研究组实施早期干预指导,早期干预方法为利用互联网建立微信群组定期答疑和使用小程序实时分析身高影响因子,以及推送身高促进知识。干预一年,比较干预效果。结果研究发现,影响儿童身高因素有很多,可调节的因素主要是营养、运动、睡眠、父母对儿童身高的关心程度,通过引入互联网作用,实施早期干预,研究组儿童身高增长显著高于对照组,数据的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论广州市荔湾区妇幼保健院儿童身高促进门诊,基于互联网的身高偏低干预方式可行有效,突破儿童保健工作时间和空间上的限制,操作简便,家长依从性好,使更多的儿童受益,可以推广。
Objective To explore the application of internet in intervention of children with low height.Methods From September to December 2020,we collected 162 children aged 3~6 with low height,who were randomly divided into study group(n=81)and control group(n=81),in Children Height Promotion department of Maternal and Child Health Hospital in Liwan district.The study group was given early intervention guidance,such as,setting up wechat group for answering questions regularly,analyzing the factor of children's height by small routine,introducing the knowledge of height promotion.The interventions were carried out for one year,and compared the results.Results There are many Impact factors of children's height,but adjustable factors are nutrition,exercise,sleep and parents'cognitive level of the children's height promotion knowledge.By implementing early interventions on study group with internet,the height growth of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The difference of data was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention with internet of height promotion is feasible and effective,which breaks through the time and space limitation of children's health care.It is easy to operate,,that benefits more children.It can be promoted.
