摘要
目的探讨矮小症患儿父母心理状态特征及合理情绪疗法的干预效果。方法选取2017年10-12月我院收治的60例矮小症患儿父亲或母亲(病例组)以及同期入院体检的60例健康儿童父亲或母亲(正常组)为研究对象,分析矮小症患儿父母心理状态特征。再采用随机数字法将60例矮小症患儿及其父亲或母亲分为两组(n=30),对照组实施常规健康宣教,观察组实施合理情绪疗法。比较两组患儿父母干预前后心理状态特征以及疾病应对情况。结果病例组受试儿童父母SDS、SAS评分明显高于正常组(P<0. 05)。干预后,两组受试患儿父母SDS、SAS评分均明显低于干预前,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0. 05)。干预后,两组受试者患儿父母SCSQ评分均较干预前发生明显改善,其中观察组受试患儿父母积极应对方式评分明显高于对照组、消极应对方式明显低于对照组(P<0. 05)。干预后,观察组受试患儿父母情感依恋、养育/重视/同理心等维度SEPTI评分明显高于干预前及对照组(P<0. 05)。结论矮小症患儿父母存在焦虑、抑郁的情况,在常规健康宣教的基础上实施合理情绪疗法有利于改善患儿父母的不良情绪,改变患儿父母的应对方式、提升自我效能感。
Objective To investigate the psychological characteristics of children with dwarfism and their parents,and the intervention effect of rational emotive therapy. Methods The father or mother( case group) of 60 children with dwarfism( case group) and 60 healthy children’s fathers or mothers( normal group) in the same period were studied to analyze the psychological state characteristics of children and their parents. 60 children with dwarfism and their parents were divided into two groups( n = 30) by random number method. Routine health education was carried out in control group,and the rational emotional therapy was carried out in observation group. The mental state characteristics and disease response before and after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results The SDS and SAS scores in the case group were significantly higher than that of the normal group( P〈 0.05). After the intervention,the SCSQ scores of the two groups were significantly higher than that before the intervention,and the positive coping styles in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the negative coping styles were significantly lower than those in the control group( P〈0.05). After intervention,the SEPTI scores of parents’ emotional attachment,parenting,attention,empathy in the observation group were significantly higher than that of the intervention group and control group( P〈0.05). Conclusion The parents of children with dwarfism have anxiety and depression. The implementation of rational emotional therapy on the basis of routine health education is beneficial to improve the bad mood of children and their parents,and improve their parents’ coping ability and self-efficacy.
