摘要
立足新文科人才培养的实践,以新文科人才培养的背景为出发点,通过厘清文科应用转型与新文科建设的关系,从圆通制的视角提出新文科人才培养的思路和举措,阐述阿坝师范学院在文科应用转型过程中借助圆通制破解文科应用转型困境的实践,即以圆通科学工作标准为载体,借助工作经验传承系统,通过“五融合”的模式,主动开展新文科人才培养探索。该实践与探索既丰富了文科应用型转型内涵,又契合了新文科建设要求,对地方师范本科院校转型发展具有积极意义。
This paper is based on the practice of new liberal arts talent training,taking the background of new liberal arts talent training as the starting point and clarifying the relationship between liberal arts application transformation and new liberal arts construction.It puts forward the ideas and measures of new liberal arts talent training from the perspective of Yuantong system,and expounds the practice of ABA Teachers University in solving the dilemma of liberal arts application transformation with the help of Yuantong system in the process of liberal arts application transformation.In the process of talent training,we should take Yuantong scientific work standard as the carrier,with the help of work experience inheritance system,and actively carry out the exploration of new liberal arts talent training through the“five integration”model,which not only enriches the connotation of liberal arts application-oriented transformation,but also meets the requirements of new liberal arts construction,which is of positive significance to the transformation and development of local normal universities.
