摘要
蚕豆微核测定(MCN)技术在污染物检测和环境监测领域得到了广泛的应用。对该技术历史革沿、原理方法、优势及当前应用进行了综述,并用该技术检测分析了武汉市城区9个自然水体的致突变性。结果表明:水体样本均发生了微核反应,PI值范围是1.01~1.44,与空白无显著性差异,不存在致突变性。
The vicia faba root-tip micronucleus test technology has been widely used in the field of contaminant detection and environmental monitoring.The history,principle,method,advantage and current application of vicia faba root-tip micronucleus test were reviewed.Furthermore,the mutagenicity of 9 natural water in Wuhan city was analyzed by using this technique.The results showed that the micronucleus reaction occurred in all the samples,and the PI value ranged from 1.01 to 1.44.There was no significant difference with the blank,and there was no mutagenicity.
