苜蓿种子萌发和幼苗生长对盐碱胁迫的响应 被引量:9

Response of Seed Germination and Seedling Growth of Alfalfa (Medicago sativa L.) to Saline-sodic Stress

摘要 为有效提高苜蓿种子在盐碱地中的萌发率,为盐碱地苜蓿重建提供参考。以"公农1号"紫花苜蓿种子为材料,研究了不同pH梯度盐碱土浸提液和盐碱土对苜蓿种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响[用非盐碱土(pH 7.48)和苏打盐碱土(pH 10.67)按不同比例配制得到],以及NaHCO_(3)和Na_(2)CO_(3)2种不同浓度梯度碱性盐(0,40,60,80,120,160 mmol/L)对苜蓿幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:苜蓿种子在盐碱土浸提液胁迫下,当pH在8.0~8.6,电导率在1.0~1.5 mS/cm时,苜蓿种子萌发率>80%,适宜苜蓿种子萌发;随着盐碱土pH上升,盐碱胁迫增大,紫花苜蓿体内的游离脯氨酸含量、可溶性糖含量增加。在pH为8.57时,脯氨酸含量有所降低,株高达到最大值,存活率达到最大值,为50%;随着碱性盐浓度增加,植物体内的脯氨酸(Pro)含量、可溶性盐糖含量呈上升趋势,均在盐浓度为160 mmol/L时达到最大值,Na_(2)CO_(3)胁迫对苜蓿幼苗的伤害要大于NaHCO_(3),"公农1号"紫花苜蓿对Na_(2)CO_(3)耐受度为60 mmol/L,对NaHCO_(3)耐受度为80 mmol/L。 In order to effectively increase the germination rate of alfalfa seeds in saline-sodic land and to provide reference for reconstruction of alfalfa in saline-sodic land,the effects of different pH gradient saline alkali soil extracts and saline alkali soil on alfalfa seed germination and seedling growth were studied with Gongnong 1 alfalfa seeds as materials [non-saline-sodic soil(pH 7.48)]and soda saline-sodic soil(pH 10.67) were mixed in different proportions).The effects of NaHCO_(3) and Na_(2)CO_(3) with different concentrations of alkaline salt(0,40,60,80,120,160 mmol/L) on the growth of alfalfa seedlings were studied.The results show that under saline-sodic soil extract stress,when pH was between 8.0-8.6 and EC was between 1.0-1.5 mS/cm,the germination rate of alfalfa seeds was above 80%,which is suitable for seed germination.With the increase of saline-sodic soil pH,saline-sodic stress increased,free proline content and soluble sugar content in alfalfa plants increased.When pH was 8.57,proline content decreased,plant height reached a maximum,and survival rate was 50%,reaching a maximum value.With the increase of alkaline salt concentration,proline(Pro) content and soluble salt sugar in plants showed an upward trend,and reached the maximum at a salt concentration of 160 mmol/L.The injury of Na_(2)CO_(3) stress to alfalfa seedlings was greater than under NaHCO_(3) stress.Tolerance of Gongnong No.1 alfalfa to Na_(2)CO_(3) was 60 mmol/L and that to NaHCO_(3) was 80 mmol/L.
