摘要
本文通过对当前国有企业混合所有制改革路径与成效的全面分析,提出了目前改革过程中亟需解决的问题,并结合部分上市企业改革案例,为拟实施混合所有制改革的国企提供对策研究。
Through a comprehensive analysis of the current path and effectiveness of the mixed ownership reform of state-owned enterprises,this paper puts forward the problems that need to be cracked in the current reform process,and provides countermeasure research for state-owned enterprises that intend to implement mixed ownership reform by combining some cases of reform of listed enterprises.
