甘蔗品种桂糖35号在云南勐海蔗区育种潜力分析 被引量:1

摘要 本研究先后以高糖甘蔗品种‘桂糖35号’选配杂交组合9个,其中5个组合与2018型其他44个组合进行评价,其中4个组合与2019型其他39个组合同期在云南省勐海县进行评价,调查后代群体锤度、叶片清秀程度、空蒲心情况、生势指标,以期明确高糖品种‘桂糖35号’在勐海蔗区的育种潜力。结果表明:(1)‘桂糖35号’选配的9个组合中,5个杂交组合平均锤度高于双对照(‘粤糖93-159’、‘新台糖22号’),5个组合后代高糖单株的比例达60%以上;(2)‘云蔗94-343’ב桂糖35号’和‘桂糖35号’ב粤糖85-177’被列为1级组合,入选率分别高达41.80%和31.80%;‘CP81-1254’ב桂糖35号’和‘粤糖96-86’ב桂糖35号’被列为2级组合,入选率分别达10.26%和12.10%;以上4个杂交组合适宜在勐海蔗区进一步杂交利用。‘桂糖35号’可作为重要的育种亲本进一步杂交利用。 High sugar content cultivar GT35 was crossed as one of the parental clones in 9 sugarcane families.In Menghai county,their progeny populations were evaluated together with other families(5 with 44 other families for 2018 seedlings;4 with 39 other families for 2019 seedlings)through brix,ratings for leaf cleanness,pith and vigor with the aim of understanding the breeding potential of sugarcane cultivar GT35 in Menghai county.The results indicated that,(1)five of the 9 GT35 families performed higher brix than two check cultivars,the percentage of high brix individual in 5 GT35 families were greater than 60%;(2)YZ94-343×GT35 and GT35×YT85-177 were evaluated as 1st families with high selection rates(SR)of 41.80% and 31.80%,respectively;CP81-1254×GT35 and YT96-86×GT35 were evaluated as 2^(nd) families with high SR of 10.26% and 12.10%,respectively;these 4 families were recommended for selection in Menghai county.The sugarcane cultivar GT35 is recommended as a parental clone for further utilization.
